Job Vacancy

1) ADMIN ASSISTANT

Requirements:

  • Completed Secondary School/ SPM/ Diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)
  • Responsible, Proactive, independent & resourceful
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Good command in English

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general clerical duties e.g Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing etc
  • Maintain and update filing, mailing and database system
  • Answering telephone calls and take messages if necessary
  • Able to handle simple accounts matters such as issuing receipts and filing bills
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments by management from time to time

2) VALUATION EXECUTIVE

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Estate/Property/Land Management, Land Administration, Building Surveying or relevant fields.
  • Graduates with the relevant qualifications may also apply
  • Training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience or working background in Valuation
  • Working experience in related fields will be an added advantage
  • Posses own transport

3) RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

Job Scopes:

  • Data collection for property market
  • Produce and report tabulation and analysis
  • Gathering, analyzing data and report writing

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Estate/Property/Land Management, Land Administration, Building Surveying or relevant fields;
  • Graduates with the relevant qualifications may also apply;
  • Working experience in related fields will be an added advantage;
  • Able to converse fluent English and to do presentation in English;
  • Able to read, analyze, extract and write information in English and Bahasa.

4) REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATOR – IMMEDIATE POSITION

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  1. Able to converse fluently in English, Mandarin and Bahasa; good written English (optional Mandarind and Bahasa);
  2. Good and aggressive working attitude;
  3. Decent knowledge of the property market;
  4. Graduates are welcome to apply.  Training will be provided for  candidates without relevant experience or working background;
  5. Working experience in related fields will be and added advantage;
  6. Able to work with minimum supervision;
  7. Posses own transport.

Job Scopes:

  1. Handle enquiries on sale, leasing of residential and commercial properties;
  2. Arrange and handle viewing appointment with respective parties;
  3. Follow up closely on all potential cases;
  4. Work independently, travel if necessary;
  5. Work on weekend and public holiday, whenever it is necessary;
  6. Regular reporting
