Malaysia, strategically located in Southeast Asia, consists of two non-contiguous areas : peninsular (West) Malaysia and the states of Sarawak and Sabah (East Malaysia). Geographically free from natural disaster, Malaysia has been on top of the chosen country for holiday and retirement. To ease and facilitate the foreign residents who  want to have a long term stay within the country, the Malaysia Government established an international residency scheme to allow the eligible foreigners to obtain an 10-year long stay visa, which is popular known as Malaysia My Second Home Programme, which is commonly known as MM2H.

WHY Malaysia?

  • Good standard of living – Malaysia provides a good standard of living while maintaining a low cost of living. With the newly completion Mass Rapid Transit rail and existing light Rail Transit and other public transportation systems, the country is well connected locally and internationally via flights from major cities worldwide.

  • Weather – experience warm, sunny and with moderate rain throughout the year, Malaysia has been the choiced country for foreigners from up north, which has cold weather most of the time in a year. And also place where residents can enjoy fresh and clean air, worry-free of natural disaster.

People can speak more than 2 languages on top of their mother tongue. Bahasa Melayu is the official language in Malaysia, English and Mandarin are widely spoken among the people. There would not be communication problem with your neighbours, students or even with the government officials.
