  • B.Sc. (Hons), Estate Management, University of Greenwich, United Kingdom.
  • Member of Malaysian Association of Professional Property Managers (MAPPM).

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE

Mr. Clarence T. Peragasam graduated from the University of Greenwich in London, United Kingdom in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management.
He joined Messrs. Colliers, Jordan Lee & Jaafar Sdn. Bhd. in 2000 as a Valuation Executive and was promoted to the position of Manager in 2006 and as Associate Director in 2010. He has been appointed as a Director in February 2012.
He has served as Member of Organising Committee of the 11th National Real Estate Convention (year 2000).
