BACKGROUND / WORKING EXPERIENCE

Mr. Lee Thiam Sing was elected a Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia in 1987. His career commenced from 1977 as a trainee valuer in Jurukur Berkanun Yap Thean Ee Sdn Bhd and worked his way to become the Senior Valuer and Director of the Company before joining Colliers Jordan Lee & Jaafar (M’cca) Sdn Bhd as Branch Manager in 1990. He has been the Executive Director of the Malacca Branch since 1992.
Throughout his career in the property consultancy line, he has gained wide knowledge and experience in valuation, estate agency, auctioneering, feasibility studies and compulsory land acquisition matters.
